Antique Toi et Moi Ring with large rose-cut diamonds, 18K

A wonderful late-Victorian toi et moi ring with two super sparkly large old-cut diamonds meeting in the middle, almost like a stylised snake curling around the finger. 
The warm 18K gold has that soft antique glow, and the tapered shoulders with three diamonds on each keep the whole piece balanced and elegant. It has a faded hallmark to the back of the shank and a slightly oval shank. Look at those spectacular main stones, they spread like around 0.50ct each!
