You can pay with all major cards or Apple Pay directly in checkout.

If you want to pay with your Amazon account, Klarna Pay Later (for EU residents), or in DKK currency (for Danish residents), I have a link for that. Just get in touch.

Here's a list of suggestions. Maybe it's not all that applies to your residence.

Check if you typed in the CVV (the three digits on the backside of your card)?

Have you typed the zip code that matches the address where the card is issued?

Check if you have gotten a validation text or email from your card issuer

Your card issuer can have extra security on international purchases, don't hesitate to contact them to clear the payment in their system.

Do you need my SSN?

The U.S. Customs and Border Patrol requires the SSN for documents on imports above $2,500 to the USA. If the SSN is not provided on the documents up front, the courier will ask for it by email. You can also call them to confirm.

How much is shipping?

We use DHL Express and the shipping is calculated at checkout. Totals above a certain treshold based on your location has free shipping.Non-mandatory insurance can be added at checkout. We can not be held accountable for any loss caused due to a non-insurance shipment and it is shipped out solely at your own risk.

Remote Locations: There can be an extra fee if you live in a remote location determined by the courier. In that case, we will email you a payment link for the fee afterward. It is usually between €10-€25.

Do you take returns?

We take returns on full priced, instantly paid, non sized or altered items. Please see terms in the Return section below. You'll have to cover the return shipping, a restocking fee of 5% and insurance which is 1% of the total. If you are located in the US, Canada, Australia or other places outside EU that charged tariffs and customs when your purchases arrived from EU you'll also have to cover the tariffs, customs etc = flat fee of 15%, since we are not able to get them refunded from the authorities.

Please also remember, these pieces have lived a long life before reaching you, adding patina, some wear, and other charming features to the piece. To keep prices low and competitive, pieces are only given a brief cleaning and inspection—so minor flaws, maker’s marks, or hallmarks may have been overlooked. Photos and videos are part of the description, so please review them to ensure you're happy with the condition.

I'm happy to offer layaway on all full-priced pieces, no matter the amount - just get in touch by the chat icon in the lower right corner or message me on Instagram.--DepositFor returning clients, the deposit is 10% for a two-week plan and 25% for longer plans, with options available for up to 6 months.--For new clients the deposit depends on the selected layaway period.  By making a purchase in this shop, you agree to be bound by these terms.
MsLarsson is based in Denmark, which is part of Scandinavia and the EU. The main currency in the shop is EUR.

Please be aware that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: sale items, items purchased on layaway, pieces that are resized or altered for you by my bench, and custom orders.

Cancellation
 If you wish to cancel your purchase made in the webshop, please send an email to info@mslarsson.com within one hour of placing your order to avoid shipping the item. Please note that there is a 5% restocking fee to cover the cost of bank and credit card charges.

VAT Deduction
 Please be aware that the sale is conducted under the margin scheme for collectors’ items, art, second-hand items, and antiques, and as such, VAT cannot be deducted.

PAYMENT METHODS
All major debit and credit cards are supported by the payment vendor, Stripe. See more at checkout. For high-value orders, you can use Revolut direct, Wise, wire transfer, and PayPal if you are a first-time client. Returning customers; please get in touch for a payment link if you'd like to pay with cards.

CURRENCY
 The main currency in the shop is EUR and you will be charged in EUR. You can use the Currency Calculator at the top of the site to see prices calculated to the currency of your choice.

LAYAWAY
 I am happy to offer you a Layaway plan on selected pieces. The Layaway plan does not carry any additional charges or interest fees.

To initiate the plan, there is a non-refundable deposit of 1/3rd (33%) of the total amount. The remaining balance must be paid in full within the agreed period.

If a Layaway plan is discontinued due to missed or late installments, all payments, excluding the initial deposit, will be refunded as store credit.

I would be happy to create a personalized plan for you manually and provide you with a payment link. Just get in touch.

If a layaway plan is initiated but the link is not responded to and paid within 4 hours, the order will be cancelled.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

All orders are shipped with DHL Express.
 I pack and ship express orders within one business day. The time for orders to arrive depends on many factors, but usually takes 1–2 business days within the EU and 2–3 days to most of the rest of the world.

REMOTE ACCESS AREA
 Please note that I may have to charge an additional cost (normally in the range of EUR 9–20) when shipping to your address if you live in a remote area. These prices vary depending on the area and are determined by the courier. I’ll get in touch if this applies to your shipment.

INSURANCE
 I take great care when I ship out your order and use a very reliable courier. Please be aware that insurance is not included in the standard shipping option but can be purchased as an add-on at checkout. I cannot be held accountable for any loss due to a non-insured shipment — it is sent solely at your own risk. I’ll help in any way I can if something goes wrong, but I can’t take responsibility for mistakes made by the courier, etc.

Insurance prices are based on the value of your order and can be added at checkout.

SALES TAX
 I do not collect Sales Tax on your purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Please remember, these pieces have lived a long life before reaching you, adding patina, some wear, and other charming features to the piece. Photos and videos are part of the description, so please review them to ensure you're happy with the condition before purchasing.

We are happy to accept returns subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to inform us that you wish to return it so we can provide you with a return label. Note that the shipping cost of 49 EUR and Insurance (1% of the total) will be deducted from your refund.

2. Please be advised that we take a 5% restocking fee when you return an item. This is to cover the costs associated with a purchase, such as credit card fees etc. The restocking fee is deducted from your refund. On top of that; If you are located in the US, Canada, Australia or other places outside EU that charged tariffs and customs on your purchase when it arrived from EU you'll also have to cover the tariffs, customs etc = flat fee of 15%, since we are not able to get them refunded from the authorities.

3. You will receive an email with the return label, after which you will have to schedule a pickup with the courier. Details will be included in the email. Be advised that you will have to ship the item 2 business days after receiving it.

4. Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it to ensure that it arrives in the same condition as when it was shipped. We will then refund your purchase and the funds will be in your account in 5-7 business days.

Please be aware that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Sale items, items purchased on Layaway, pieces that are resized or altered for you by our bench, and custom orders.

When shopping at MsLarsson.com, we will collect your name, billing and delivery address, payment details, mobile number, and email address upon checkout. This information will never be disclosed to third parties or used for any purposes other than those described above.

MsLarsson do not collect your cc number - it is not technically possible and we are not able to see it anywhere. Your card number is only disclosed digitally directly to our payment vendor Stripe, and is safe with them.
