Crafted in 14K gold the pendant is set with beautifully irregular rose-cut diamonds in traditional closed-back settings, preserving the softly sparkling glow that makes early antique diamonds so captivating. At its heart sits a magnificent approximately 8 × 7 mm high-domed oval rose-cut diamond in its original foil-backed setting, its hand-cut facets catching the light with remarkable depth and warmth. The spread of the diamond equals approx 2ct.

In 19th-century sentimental jewellery, the three-leaf clover was cherished as a token of good fortune. Here, its heart-shaped leaves blossom into an elegant composition of foliate scrolls and softly sparkling diamonds.

Originally created as a brooch, this remarkable piece has been thoughtfully converted into a pendant by reworking the original pin into a generous bail.
